Princess and Sparkle

Just thought I would update you on Princess and Sparkle. We decided not to change their names as we forget to ask whether they were abandoned with these names and if they were then they had had them for some time and if they werent then they had only had the names for one month at Kenwood. They have settled remarkably quickly. The first few days were spent mainly in the cupboard under the stairs, but coming out for food. Princess was more sociable than Sparkle at first. Sparkle cried any time she was picked up as if she had been hurt but that has now improved but she does have a delicate spot under her front leg pits. They have been with us now for two weeks and last Saturday we allowed them out for a short period in the garden. This is where we saw a change in character. Princess who seemed to be the quiet introverted one was the most adventurous, going to the boundary and up amongst the trees. Sparkle had to be carried out and then spent a little time on the gravel garden, but came in as soon as I did. They are now both more sociable and spend their time out with us and are walking past our dogs, and are even now lying on the floor close to the dogs. It seems that they have been used to a very comfortable home, they are fussy with their brand of food, their favourite place to lie is on top of the radiators. They also try to get in to the bedrooms at every opportunity!! I have attached a few photos so you can see how at home they are
